To You From Me

I wrote this for and to my wife, Sharon.

To you from me, 

If God should take Home, 

You or me, 

One before the other. 

Wait patiently knowing there the other will be. 

Knowing the heart of the other, 

Will feel the time between is more than an eternity. 

For neither knows His plans for the other. 

But His love built between each other over the years of life together, 

Knows the other will always be there for the other, 

And between now and then until we see each other again, 

I'll be loving you.
