At the Finish Line of Life

At the finish line of life,

It matters not how you started that life,

Or what vocation or position you held in life.

What matters at the completion of life is how you ran that race of life,

And whose integrity of character built that life that you accepted and followed in life.

That controls within when you cross the finish line of life,

And the time you have given of your life to encourage and build another’s life.

Building within them the love to encourage others in their life,

To reach out to the Lord, Jesus Christ, to build their life,

Receive Salvation and His Integrity of Character to guide their life.

Pass on the gift of life that keeps giving eternal life,

Encourage someone today to build anew The Light of Love in their life,

By praying they receive and walk with the Lord in their life to build and guide their life.

Until Eternity’s Day and He meets us when we cross the finish line of life,

Everyday Pass on His Love and tell someone of His gift of eternal life,

And God‘s Word that builds from within to without in Him anew life.

Lord, hold my hand, lead and teach me on my journey of life,
