Lord, Guide My Thoughts 

Lord, guide my thoughts as I look upon the Cross today, 

And remember the past and what You gave at Calvary for all that day. 

That by God's Grace allows me to walk and follow You today. 

Lord, guide my thoughts and way each day, 

Take away the fears of today that build within me 

The regrets of yesterday 

And the worries of tomorrow,

Replace the regrets with the Word of God each day, 

Remove the worries with Your Love to make me anew in You to guide my way. 

Bring forth from within me Your words of living water to give another,

And change their life and remove the fears, regrets, and worries 

From hearts suffering deep despair. 

Touch and open my eyes to see the needs of others that I share with them the Way. 

Restructure my heart to reach out in kindness to all each day,

To give, care, and share each and every day. 

Touch and enable Your strength in me to carry another’s load along life's way. 

Allow the You in me to replace the needs in them to grow complete in You today. 

Lord, guide me as I follow You along life's journey today, 

Knowing within me Your destination someday I will be. 

Lord, guide my thoughts as I look upon the Cross today, 

And remember the past and what You gave at Calvary for all that day. 

That by God's Grace allows me to walk and follow You today. Amen

Lord, make my journey of life meaningful today, use me every day,
