The Best is Yet to Come!

The Best is yet to come! 

We all have wanted at one time or another, 

 To be able to turn back time, 

And to reach back and change circumstances. 

To change one thing or another, 

To take back what has been said, 

To take back what has been done, 

Are just to spend a moment of time, 

To hold and say so many words of meaning, 

To build and give back to another, 

And change those misunderstandings. 

God, in His wisdom, did not give man the way to turn back life to the past, 

He has given the way to change how we view others. 

Life is not in the past, life is today, which builds for tomorrow. 

Find "The Way" and change today. 

Let "The Master" touch and make that change daily. 

Let Him change how you see and view others. 

Let Him change what you see in others. 

Let Him change how you listen to and of others. 

Let Him change how you speak to and of others. 

Let Him change how you give to and help others. 

Let Him change how you make time for others. 

Let Him change how you spend time with others. 

Let Him change the way you value others. 

Let Him take away any resentment for or about others. 

Life will then be a joy to live everyday. 

Then one will always be looking forward to tomorrow, 

Never looking back, wanting to turn back time to the past. 

Always looking to tomorrow‘s day, 

When all will gather for eternity, 

Around God’s Table of Grace,

There to look upon our Savior‘s Face. 

For the Best is yet to come! 

Lord, we learn from the past to complete the future with You,
