When God Calls

When God calls a Child of His Home,

And they pass from life to eternity with Him. 

That Special Legacy they leave behind, 

The memories they leave never pass away, 

They just grow stronger within each day walking with Him. 

That special touch they had to let you know they loved and enjoyed everyday of life created by Him. 

Even now when those days are stilled in time, life speaks of them. 

Their voice that echoed words in love to build and give to those in need in their special way,

Now they reach out to be shared with others to bring hope and build their day. 

That smile that brightened the spirit within to grow in love and share all given by Him. 

Shines brighter today to light and guide another’s way and encourage faith deep within them. 

Their laughter that created sunshine will never fade away even in the light of day. 

Not one flicker or ray of light will depart for it is kept within each and every family member’s heart. 

Those eyes that told the world around you're special will never close or turn to depart. 

For that love flowed from a purified heart and built anew the Name of the Lord to change their hearts. 

Until the day all gather again at God's Table of Grace to sing His praises never again to part. 

Memories bring back the past and touch the heart with love again that never parts. 

They just grow stronger within each day walking with Him. 

The memories they leave never pass away,

When God calls a Child of His Home. 

Lord, touch my heart and grow me daily in God's Word,
