The Wealth of Love, Jesus

When Love has been given, 

And the heart of another truly receives, 

Now knowing within acceptance as is, 

Forever, more than just a friend, 

By God's Grace, vested two become one. 

That joy of togetherness felt in the loneliness apart. 

Their words of hope that touch to remove, replace, 

And build in Love togetherness, 

Greater tomorrow than today, 

Walking together through the years, 

Sharing a past of remembrances, 

Of faithfulness in the bad times 

As well as in the good times! 

One cannot earn, misplace, or fear the loss of, 

For Love is always given. 

Now look above 

An remember His Love given 

For all upon the Cross, 

Reach out with a heart open to receive, accept, 

And walk in belief with Jesus within, 

For His Wealth of Love, 

Is forever living free, one in and serving Him. 

More than can ever be written, 

By a heart that received His Love given. 

Lord, keep my heart open to receive and build me today for tomorrow,
