The Wonders of the Word

When God touches your heart with His Word,

He creates within with Threads from the Wonders of His Word,

And completes that Tapestry of Love, started at the moment of conception, 

When His Spirit was placed within,

With the threads of His Word that structure and refine.

With the Touch of His revealing Threads of the Wonders of the Word, 

The Master's Piece created upon your heart reveals more wonders and love. 

More than used to sow and complete Joseph's "Coat of Many Colors,"

For His Tapestry of Love reveals why Christ paid the price upon the Cross, 

For you and me, that dark and lonely day so long ago, 

And will place upon your lips Words of Sunshine and Encouragement, 

Heavenly Rays of Hope to brighten the way for those you meet each day. 

When God touches your heart with His Word, 

He creates within with Threads from the Wonders of the Word, 

The Wonders of the Word of God!

Lord, keep my heart open to receive God’s Word,
