Life has many Ups and Downs
We live in a World that has many ups and downs,
That has an effect on us either mentally or physically.
When life is lived without God's guidance and protection,
When we live life without God,
We tend to live life either between or within one of the two emotions,
They are yesterday's regrets and tomorrow’s worries.
Yesterday's regrets, is life lived today in the circumstances of the past,
Choices made that cannot be changed.
Tomorrow's worries, is life lived in the stress of distress that tomorrow might bring,
It is living daily within the fears of the unknown.
A life lived daily without God's guidance and protection,
It is life misspent trying to change mental creations that live only within.
Place your trust in the Lord,
Look around and see what God has created and touched.
See the beauty that lives in His creation,
And place life in the Hands that created life whole and complete within Him.
For God created everything, and gave life to all, even you and me.
He knows what problems we faced yesterday, face today, and will face tomorrow.
Yesterday's regrets can only scar and distort the memories of the past and destroy tomorrow's day.
Tomorrow's worries will only remove and replace with sadness the happiness that lives within today.
Both imprison life that God planned for all to live, enjoy, and build by one's Free Will in Him today.
Remember, God awaits our arrival, for He knows the moment we will stand before Him,
On are appointed Judgment Day.
He will either welcome Home or cast away forever to Satan's place,
For one eternity it will be, by one's Free Will, one choice we will make.
We live in a World that has many ups and downs
That has an effect on us either mentally or physically.
Turn from the World and view life anew through God's Word daily,
Turn to Christ and follow Him, let Him guide your way and build life complete within Him.
By asking for the forgiveness of your sins,
Leave them at the Cross,
For Christ paid the price to cast them away today,
And remove the emotions of yesterday.
Lord, today build my life anew in You; guide my walk to be one with You,
